Can You Believe It’s Almost 2015?

The time has flown by since certification as a Heart Forgiveness Facilitator in 2009.

Life has changed dramatically in a number of ways during those five years. We started in Sarasota, Fl, went to Costa Rica in late 2011 returning to the US in the spring of 2012. Richmond VA was home for about 18 months and back to Sarasota late 2013.

Heart Forgiveness, as a workshop, continues to evolve as my understanding of it expands on a personal level. Owning the information is essential as a facilitator and it takes time – and practice – to get there. In the last five years I have facilitated several hundred hours of workshops and have donated over 400 hundred hours of private session work during the same period, in addition to paid private sessions.

New classes and intros scheduling now.

The process is really interesting, fun and rewarding – a good use of time.

While every group is unique, there is a common thread that runs through all workshop groups: synergy. In each workshop there are numerous breakthroughs and expansions for participants. And what’s interesting is that the synergy creates a sort of ‘multiplier effect’. It activates an awakening or ah-hah moments that ripple through the room. As a facilitator, I can see that when it happens – and I can feel it. But the most interesting thing for me – personally – is that the synergy also magnifies my experience in the group. Consistently, I achieve a new understanding or activate a different perception about a topic that is already very familiar to me. Almost every time, with rare exception, something magical happens and I walk away from the group with a deep sense of fulfillment and awe because what takes place is always bigger than I am. I am merely a conduit to deliver the message. Although I am quite experienced, I am always surprised by what takes place because I never know ahead of time.

Drawing upon a quote I used a couple of years ago, on this blog, here is what Ralph Waldo Emerson said:

“It is one of the most beautiful compensations of life that no man can
sincerely try to help another without helping himself.”

Ralph, from my experience, I have to agree with you.

What The World Needs Is More Heart Forgiveness

What The World Needs is More Heart Forgiveness

As a human being, friend, wife, mother, sister, and Certified Facilitator; there is no doubt in my mind that what the world needs now is Heart Forgiveness.

I say specifically HEART FORGIVENESS because most of us wish to forgive at a deep level and we don’t know how to make that happen even with the best of intentions. Forgiveness from the heart is a process that requires bypassing the head and releasing the emotional charge connected to anger, hurt, pain, and deep disappointments that occur when we feel life and God have failed us. That kind of emotionally charged anger is not so easy to forget or to forgive.

We have a process for forgiveness and it makes life a lighthearted experience again. It frees us of the burden of anger on our hearts and in our energy. Even if you never thought about what lies in your energy field before, it may be time to start opening your mind to a new way of thinking. Science is showing us everyday that our deepest fears, angers and emotions precede us wherever we go and people see it whether we want them to or not. You may be able to camouflage your emotions when you are conscious of the need to do so, but no one can be that conscious and on guard 24/7 – not even the most vigilant of us! And who would want to live that way? That is what we call a serious energy drain on your well-being!

After moving to Virginia where no one seems to know about Heart Forgiveness, I got a real wake up call as to just how dire is the need for this process and workshop. People here tend to be so suspicious of anything that is not labeled as “Christian” and uses the word “energy” that it is actually laughable to me. What could be UN-Christian about finding a process (other than prayer) to facilitate a deeper level of forgiveness than just thinking about it? That is like saying therapy is anti Christian.

This reminds me of the man who prayed for rescue from the flood but turned down the boat and the helicopter that came because God was coming to rescue him. When he asked ” Lord, why hast thou forsaken me?” God said “I sent you a boat and a helicopter! What exactly were you waiting for?”

Heart Forgiveness is a life enhancing, freedom producing tool and process, yet like anything, you must avail yourself of it and use it to maximum effect in order to experience the benefits. We offer 2.5 day intensives for groups of 5-16. We work with families, sales teams, support staff, nurses, teachers, addicts, law enforcement, firemen, and other groups.

We are here when you are ready. What the world needs now is Heart Forgiveness.

Heart Forgiveness Workshops – 2012 Wow…

January 20, 2012

2012 Heart Forgiveness Workshops are off and running.

It’s been some time since we posted but not because we have been inactive.

In fact, the last quarter of 2011 was the busiest we have ever had doing Core Health Workshops, Heart Forgiveness Workshops and  private sessions.

What a joy this work truly is.

Watching people experience life changing break-throughs while working for Peak Potentials Seminars brought to me a realization. It was this:

“Whatever it takes,  I am going to figure out a way to do this kind of work – helping people change their lives – because I have never done anything that feels so rewarding and fulfilling. I want to serve others in a way that makes a real difference.”

In Core Health and Heart Forgiveness, we found the way to do that. The recent high level of activity as a facilitator has been very beneficial for me as well. As clients grow in understanding through participating in the Heart Forgiveness processes, so do we.

For years, I have been familiar with the statement:

If you want to learn something, teach it.

And I could not remember the source – so I Googled it and found a great post Learning what you teach.

From that post we get two quotes:

“It is one of the most beautiful compensations of life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.” Ralph Waldo Emerson

and it reminds us that in A Course in Miracles it says that a person learns what the person teaches.

My point is that my skills have expanded a great deal by being so immersed in the work. And it feels great to help people change their lives.

We’re off and running with Heart Forgiveness 2012 and are currently scheduling workshops to begin the first week in March.

Watch for announcements in the next month.

Heart Forgiveness Health Power Forgiveness

December 20, 2011

Heart Forgiveness and Health Power Forgiveness

A while back, Dr. Charles L. Foster, a chiropractor from Rutland, VT posted a comment on this blog about forgiveness with a link back to his article entitled health power forgiveness.

It is one of the best descriptions of how forgiveness actually works I have read.

Here is the response I wrote about his article.

“There is one exception that I take with the content, however. Mental health professionals talk about the issues. Yes. Talking about these issues does not dissolve the energetic connections to the painful event or trauma that needs to be forgiven.

The process of forgiveness does not take place within the intellectual realm. It takes place deeper than the mind and subconscious mind within the energy or the “field”.

How do I know this? Because this is what we do all the time. Talking is essential to understand what to do. Talking is doing – it is not being.

Lao Tzu said, “The way to do is to be.”

I first read this is the Witter Bynner translation of “The Way of Life According to Lao Tzu” at age 17. And it has always stuck with me.

We are not human “doings”, we are human “beings”. We focus on the “being” part not the “human” part and that’s where forgiveness takes place.

Thanks for the comment and the great article.”

People are starting to get it.

New Heart Forgiveness Workshops – May 2011

May 12, 2011

New Heart Forgiveness Workshops forming now – May 2011.

It seems that releasing anger from our lives is more important – now – than ever before.

In the face such a massive transition in the world – locally, nationally and globally, releasing anger is a healthy and intelligent alternative to the status quo.

Releasing anger frees up a great deal of energy making it available to use for constructive purposes and for expansion. To the contrary, anger is not constructive, expansive or fulfilling and is a poor use of our personal resources.

It makes sense spiritually, economically, socially and energetically to use our energy wisely so we can get the most bang for the buck.

The question is how do we do this?

A Heart Forgiveness Workshops in-powers us to release the glitches that trigger anger.

Are You Funny With Money?

April 17, 2011

If you really want to be a wealthy, you need to be a healthy first and we talk about that frequently in another one of our blogs.

Do you have a healthy relationship with money?

In our search to find the answers over the last 20 years – about how to be the very best people we can while striving for excellence – we have experienced some really amazing trainings, seminars, workshops and certifications along the way.

About 2 years ago, we learned about Are You Funny With Money, one of the dynamic interactive workshops created by Dr. Ed Carlson. Since that time, we were participants in all of Dr. Ed’s workshops –

  • first as attendees, then again
  • as participants in certification training and
  • now as Certified Core Health Facilitators, we facilitate them ourselves

Most people go weak around money even when they have a lot of it – Boomers and GenXers alike.

Funny With Money gets rid of “money weakness” and frees us up to be healthy, whole around money the way we were born to be. Abundance is the natural default of the universe.

Yet we have been programmed differently for the most part.

Whether you just want to have a better relationship around money with your spouse, achieve a more stable relationship to money or become a Wealthy Boomer. Consider attending a live event yourself.
