New Heart Forgiveness Workshops – May 2011

May 12, 2011

New Heart Forgiveness Workshops forming now – May 2011.

It seems that releasing anger from our lives is more important – now – than ever before.

In the face such a massive transition in the world – locally, nationally and globally, releasing anger is a healthy and intelligent alternative to the status quo.

Releasing anger frees up a great deal of energy making it available to use for constructive purposes and for expansion. To the contrary, anger is not constructive, expansive or fulfilling and is a poor use of our personal resources.

It makes sense spiritually, economically, socially and energetically to use our energy wisely so we can get the most bang for the buck.

The question is how do we do this?

A Heart Forgiveness Workshops in-powers us to release the glitches that trigger anger.

I have seen the benefit of being forgiven and having forgiven someone who had hurt me. I may have been justified in my anger, but carrying that anger around was too much work and caused too much stress on me physically and emotionally. It was easier to let it go.

As a physician, I have seen the patient who “should” be getting better, but does not because they have anger holding them back from making the progress we would expect. Check out this article.

      Hey Dr Charles,

Thanks for sharing your article about forgiveness. It is both an accurate and well written piece – in fact – one of the best descriptions of how forgiveness actually works I have read.

There is one exception that I take with the content, however. Mental health professionals talk about the issues. Yes. Talking about these issues does not dissolve the energetic connections to the painful event or trauma that needs to be forgiven.

The process of forgiveness does not take place within the intellectual realm. It takes place deeper than the mind and subconscious mind within the energy or the “field”.

How do I know this? Because this is what we do all the time. Talking is essential to understand what to do. Talking is doing – it is not being.

Lao Tzu said, “The way to do is to be.”

I first read this is the Witter Bynner translation of “The Way of Life According to Lao Tzu” at age 17. And it has always stuck with me.

We are not human “doings”, we are human “beings”. We focus on the “being” part not the “human” part and that’s where forgiveness takes place.

Thanks for the comment and the great article.

Can I quote what you wrote in workshops?
